Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA)

The Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA) is a federal public higher education institution located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Characterised by its multi-campus structure distributed across the border region, the university plays an active role in the decentralisation of academic training and regional scientific development.

In the field of International Relations, the institution features a faculty dedicated to the study of global scenarios, regional integration, and international cooperation. UNIPAMPA participates in the network through researchers focused on the analysis of security, geopolitics, and Global South dynamics, contributing to the training of human resources within the scope of the project.

The university hosts the African Studies Research Group (GEÁFRICA/UNIPAMPA), coordinating research on the continent in an integrated manner with the other bodies of the network. This cooperation connects the institution's research activities to the Postgraduate Programme in International Relations (PPGRI/UFSM) and to other national and foreign partner institutions.
