Postgraduate Programme in Military Sciences (PPGCM/ECEME)

The participation of PPGCM/ECEME represents the realisation of cooperation between civil and military institutions for research in National Defence. As the leading training centre for Master's and PhD graduates within the scope of the Brazilian Armed Forces, the PPGCM is a benchmark in Strategic Studies on National Defence—the central pillar of this project. The programme, which has maintained cooperative relations with PPGRI/UFSM since 2019, brings together leading researchers in the field of African Security and Defence, as well as in Brazilian engagement within defence diplomacy, technical cooperation, and peacekeeping missions.
